How to avoid [strike]death[strike] ban.

So this is how to avoid [strike]dying[strike] getting banned. No Moderator nor Admin enjoys banning anyone! We all want you to enjoy VWNF But you must do your part and:
Not spam; So much work for our team.
Not duplicate threads; Again more work for us.
Not be dis-respectful; Makes people feel insecure and quit!

So, abide by these and not get banned. Simple, right? I hope so anyway.
